The Spatial Plan of the Capital City of the Slovak Republic of Bratislava is one of the basic strategic development documents of the city. The Spatial Plan is the basis for assessing the location of new buildings, investment plans and the development of individual zones of the city. In order to keep this document up to date, it is necessary to continuously review its status and update it. In practice, this means preparing its Amendments.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Amendments change elements that are already included in the land use plan, such as the functional use of land or the transport network. Amendments add phenomena that the master plan does not yet contain – for example, new nature conservation areas. Outdated information from the spatial plan is also deleted, for example invalid ordinances and laws. Changes generally concern both the graphic and the textual part. Amendments to the Spatial plan are approved by the city council after discussion with experts and the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
